At Covered Keeper, we’re dedicated to providing a safe, well-maintained space for your RVs and boats. Recently, we’ve made several upgrades to enhance your storage experience, with more improvements coming soon. Here’s a closer look at what’s new and how it benefits you.
1. A Dedicated Boots on the Ground (BOG) Team
We’ve introduced a dedicated Boots on the Ground (BOG) team, something we didn’t have before. Every Tuesday morning, the BOG conducts thorough inspections, ensuring the facility is secure and well-maintained. They also provide same-day reports, complete with photos and videos.
• How This Benefits You: With a local expert regularly checking on your RV or boat, you can trust that maintenance and security issues will be addressed quickly.
2. Improved Drainage System
We’ve started repairing an eroded drainage section of the facility, which improves water flow and reduces the risk of water-related issues.
• How This Benefits You: This ensures the facility stays dry, keeping your vehicles safe from potential water damage.
3. Regular Lawn Maintenance
Our lawn is now being maintained every two weeks, with grass trimming and debris removal, making the facility more accessible and cleaner.
• How This Benefits You: A well-maintained facility means easier access to your stored vehicles and a cleaner, more organized environment.
4. Enhanced Cleanliness
Thanks to the BOG and new maintenance routines, our facility is cleaner than ever before. Debris is cleared regularly, and parking spaces are checked for any issues.
• How This Benefits You: Your RV or boat will be stored in a tidy and safe environment, reducing any risk from debris or clutter.
5. More Security Cameras Coming Soon
We’re increasing security by adding more cameras throughout the facility. Soon, you’ll even be able to request camera screenshots to check on your parked units remotely.
• How This Benefits You: With 24/7 surveillance, you’ll have greater peace of mind, knowing your RV or boat is secure. Plus, you’ll be able to check on your vehicle remotely whenever you want.
6. Upgraded Gate Keypad
Our gate keypad is getting a major upgrade. We’re installing a new cloud-controlled, user-friendly system that will make entering and exiting the facility smoother, without changing your current gate code.
• How This Benefits You: This upgrade makes it easier to access the facility, with improved security through advanced technology.
7. New Hose Holder Installed
We’ve added a new hose holder on-site for easier access to water, making it simpler to clean or maintain your vehicle.
• How This Benefits You: Now, washing or maintaining your RV or boat is more convenient with water access readily available.
8. Fully Covered Parking Spaces Coming Soon
Currently, 70% of our parking spaces are covered, but we’re working towards 100% coverage. Soon, all vehicles will be fully protected from the elements.
• How This Benefits You: You can look forward to complete protection from sun, rain, and wind for your RV or boat, especially if you’re using an uncovered space now.
9. Expanded Access to Power Outlets
Right now, 70% of spaces have access to 50 amp outlets. We’re expanding this so that all spaces will have access to both 50 amp and 30 amp outlets.
• How This Benefits You: No matter your power needs, every parking space will soon have full power access, making it easier to charge and maintain your vehicle while in storage.
10. Dedicated Facility Operations Manager
We now have a dedicated operations manager, available by phone or email from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, to help with any questions or concerns you may have.
• How This Benefits You: You can expect timely responses and personalized support, ensuring that any issues or questions are addressed quickly.
We’re continually investing in upgrades to make sure your RVs and boats are stored securely and conveniently. From improved security to easier access and enhanced convenience, these improvements are designed to make your experience better and keep your vehicles safe.
